Orton and Ann Jackson, plaintiffs in this action for review pursuant to M.R. Civ.P. 80B, appeal from the judgment of the Superior Court, York County, affirming the decision of the Kennebunk Planning Board (Board) to approve a subdivision. We find the plaintiffs' contention that the Planning Board had no authority to reconsider its initial disapproval of a subdivision plan without merit and affirm the judgment.
