James W. Morris (appellant) appeals an order from the Industrial Commission denying him workers' compensation benefits for a heart attack suffered while working for the employer, James D. Morris (appellee), on December 3, 1984. In this appeal, appellant argues that the Industrial Commission erred in finding that the evidence failed to establish an injury which arose out of his employment.
