PER CURIAM:

Appellant Cary Wallace Williams was convicted of first degree murder. Following a penalty hearing, a three-judge panel sentenced Williams to death. Williams was also sentenced to two consecutive ten-year terms for manslaughter and burglary. Williams appealed and then petitioned the district court for post-conviction relief, which was denied.
