This matter is before the Court on defendants' motion for clarification of a previous ruling. The specific question presented is whether KRS Chapter 344 permits recovery in this Court of damages for mental anguish and embarrassment. After extensive examination of this issue, we have determined that KRS 344.450 permits recovery of such damages, and that this Court should accept pendent jurisdiction...
