Relator Kokesch Trucking, Inc. ("Kokesch") seeks review of a determination that respondent Janelle Reddmann is entitled to receive unemployment compensation benefits. We affirm.

FACTS

Janelle Reddmann began working for Kokesch in April 1986 as an over-the-road truck dispatcher and salesperson. During the first four months of her employment, Reddmann was tardy on five occasions, left work early on eleven occasions...
