Christos N. Kritikos brought this contract action against Palmer Johnson for specific performance and damages arising from the delay in Palmer Johnson's construction of his yacht. Palmer Johnson counterclaimed for amounts due under the contract and for damages incurred resulting from Kritikos' refusal to accept the yacht.
