OPINION

DORSEY, Justice.

Appellant was charged with two offenses of delivering cocaine.1 The deliveries allegedly occurred on the same day, the first for less than 28 grams and the second for more than 28 but less than 200 grams. After a consolidated bench trial, the trial court convicted appellant of both offenses and sentenced him to imprisonment for one term of six years and one term of eight years.
