This appeal involves a personal injury action brought by John Jeanetta and Raymond Oney against several chemical companies who manufactured toluene diisocyanate (TDI). Both plaintiffs alleged they incurred permanent lung damage by reason of their exposure to TDI while working for Whirlpool Corporation in Minnesota.
