The Lawyers Professional Responsibility Board filed a complaint against Respondent, John R. Wareham, an attorney admitted to practice in this state, which charged him with violation of the Code of Professional Responsibility due to misappropriation of funds. This court appointed the Honorable Marquis L. Ward to act as referee and hear the petition for discipline.
