This cause came on to be heard upon the court's accelerated calendar, but in order to treat the issues fully as they deserve we have sua sponte placed it on the regular calendar.

In this appeal the principal issue is whether an accused can be found guilty of aggravated assault in violation of R.C. 2903.121 when he is charged with felonious assault in violation of R.C.
