SHIVERS, Judge.

This is an appeal from an order denying appellant Hansen's petition for writ of habeas corpus. We affirm in part, reverse in part, and remand.

The record indicates that Hansen was sentenced in 1970 to 75 years imprisonment, after pleading guilty to second-degree murder in Duval County.
