GOFF v. DUNHAM

Civ. 6190.

516 So.2d 715 (1987)

Martha GOFF v. Thomas W. DUNHAM.

Court of Civil Appeals of Alabama.

October 28, 1987.

Attorney(s) appearing for the Case

Claude E. Patton, Mobile, for appellant.

Bert S. Nettles and Lynn Etheridge Hare of Nettles, Barker, Janecky & Copeland, Mobile, for appellee.

L. CHARLES WRIGHT, Retired Appellate Judge.

This is an appeal from the trial court's granting of a motion for summary judgment in a suit filed by Martha Goff, wherein she sought damages for personal injury sustained from a dog bite. On appeal Goff contends that the trial court erred when it found that there was no genuine issue as to any material fact and that Thomas W. Dunham, the owner of the dog, was entitled to judgment as a matter of law.
