PER CURIAM.

Petitioner Jimmie Wilburn was found guilty by a jury of first degree murder and sentenced to life imprisonment. We affirmed. Wilburn v. State, 289 Ark. 224, 711 S.W.2d 760 (1986). Petitioner now seeks permission to proceed in circuit court pursuant to Criminal Procedure Rule 37.
