The Plaintiff, New England Herald Development Group, appeals from a judgment of the Superior Court (Cumberland County) dismissing the review it had sought of a decision of the Falmouth Board of Zoning Appeals. After that Board had denied the Plaintiff's application for an exception to the town's zoning and site plan ordinance requirements, the Plaintiff sought judicial review of the Board's decision in the Superior Court pursuant to M.R.Civ.P. 80B...
