Plaintiff, Alice Faye Allen Liles, filed suit against her husband, Ronald D. Liles, Sr., for separation from bed and board, custody of their 16-year-old son, child support, and alimony pendente lite. The parties were awarded joint custody with the child residing with plaintiff during the school year and defendant during the summer months.
