The final Leon County School Board order challenged by appellant Staten found his son Eric ineligible to participate in co-curricular activities until "completion of one full year at Godby High School." The order was entered following appellant's pursuit of both grievance procedures and evidentiary hearings under section 120.57, Florida Statutes.
