R. Lyn Walker appeals his convictions for breaking and entering and grand larceny arguing that the convictions should be reversed due to violation of his rights to a speedy trial and his right to receive exculpatory evidence from the Commonwealth. We cannot agree with his contention that the delay between his conviction and sentencing denied him his speedy trial rights but reverse the convictions due to the Commonwealth's failure to provide exculpatory...
