Appellant, David Allen Arnold, was convicted of distributing more than one-half ounce but not more than five pounds of marijuana in violation of Code § 18.2-248.1(a)(2). On appeal, he challenges the trial court's ruling which allowed the jury to use a typewritten transcript while listening to a recorded conversation between himself and an informant who had been wired with a recording device.
