Petitioner Pension Benefit Guaranty Corporation ("PBGC") has moved for an order pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 157(d) (Supp. III 1985) withdrawing from the bankruptcy court the application of respondent LTV Corporation ("LTV") and its affiliated debtors, including LTV Steel Company, Inc.
