Respondent brought an action seeking modification of a dissolution decree or in the alternative, a reopening of the decree in order to recover certain awards which appellant claims were discharged in bankruptcy. By order of the district court, appellant was directed to pay the amount owing to respondent for attorney fees plus one-half of the amount he had vested in a retirement fund.
