Daniel Turner has petitioned this Court for a writ of habeas corpus. 28 U.S.C. § 2254. On November 4, 1976, after a jury trial in Supreme Court, Kings County, petitioner was convicted of three counts of robbery in the first degree and two counts of attempted murder in the first degree. He was sentenced to concurrent terms of imprisonment of twelve and one-half to twenty-five years on the robbery counts...
