HEANEY, Circuit Judge.
In this appeal, appellants challenge the district court's finding that the punitive damages provision of the Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation, and Liability Act (CERCLA), 42 U.S.C. § 9607(c)(3), does not violate their due process rights. We affirm.
