On August 31, 1985, plaintiff, Adam Conrad, was injured when Montrose McMahon improperly turned his automobile into the path of plaintiff's motorcycle. As a result of the accident, plaintiff suffered severe and permanent injuries. Thus far, plaintiff has incurred medical bills in excess of $75,000, and he has been advised that he will need further surgery.
