Sonnier Timber Company appeals a judgment awarding worker's compensation benefits to Leon Captain for total and permanent disability.

FACTS

Sonnier Timber contracted with Leon Captain for the hauling of timber in Allen Parish. On March 20, 1984, while engaged in that work, Captain slipped as he stepped off a tractor, and injured his leg. Sonnier Timber paid Captain's wages and medical expenses...
