Police Officer John Webb (hereinafter appellant) appeals following the judgment of the trial court affirming the decision of the Board of Police Commissioners (hereinafter Board) terminating appellant on grounds that appellant was absent from duty without properly authorized leave in violation of the Police Department's personnel policies.
