This is an appeal from summary judgment in favor of respondents Malden Mills Industry, Inc. and Aaron Feuerstein. Appellant Aberman claims that Feuerstein, as an officer of Malden Mills and in an individual capacity, promised him lifetime employment. Aberman brought this action after he was terminated in 1981.
