OPINION

BROOKSHIRE, Justice.

Appellant was indicted for robbery. The indictment alleged that the Appellant threatened and placed the Complainant in fear of imminent bodily injury and death by causing her to believe that he had a firearm. In a jury trial, the Appellant was found guilty and assessed punishment at 60 years confinement.
