HALL, Chief Judge.

Defendant, Lawrence Fuller, was convicted by a jury of attempted aggravated rape in violation of LSA-R.S. 14:42, 27. He received the maximum sentence of 50 years imprisonment at hard labor. He appeals his conviction and sentence. We affirm.
