Jimmy Dean Sweetin was convicted, based upon his pleas of no contest, of two counts of assault in the first degree, AS 11.41.200(a)(3); one count of assault in the third degree, AS 11.41.220(a)(2); and one count of criminal nonsupport, AS 11.51.120.
