This appeal arises out of a suit for injunctive relief filed by the plaintiffs, Archie and Lillie Thigpen. The controversy involves the right of the owner of the dominant estate (Thigpen) to discharge sewerage effluent onto the servient estate of the defendants, the Mosses.
