ESQUIVEL, Justice.

This is an appeal from a judgment in favor of the appellee, John W. McCullough, Jr., et al. (McCullough), and against the appellant, Jack L. Reynolds (Reynolds) in a suit for possession of leased premises.

McCullough, the lessor, claims ownership of two leaseholds as an assignee of two leases from the original lessee. McCullough leased certain real property to Thorn's Properties, Inc. (Thorn) on August 1, 1974 (Ground Lease...
