HOUSTON, Justice.

The issues in this case are 1) whether the Probate Court of Covington County erred in denying the petition of the appellant, Curtis L. McCormick, seeking the removal of the appellee, Murray D. Langford, as the executor of the estate of Walter B. Langford, and 2) whether the court erred in ordering a final settlement of the estate of Walter B. Langford. We affirm in part, reverse in part, and remand.
