District Court of Appeal of Florida, Fourth District.

January 7, 1987.

Attorney(s) appearing for the Case

Deborah A. Sawyer and Richard V. Neill, Jr., of Neill, Griffin, Jeffries & Lloyd, Fort Pierce, for appellant.

Gary W. Roberts and Theresa Dipaola of Ricci & Roberts, West Palm Beach, for appellees.

PER CURIAM.

AFFIRMED.

HERSEY, C.J., and DOWNEY, J., concur.

GLICKSTEIN, J., dissents with opinion.

GLICKSTEIN, Judge, dissenting.
