In this dispute involving the Outer Continental Shelf Lands Act (OCSLA), the defendant CNG Producing Company appeals from the district court's judgment based upon the jury verdict. By way of cross-appeal, the plaintiffs, Robert Bartholomew, Jr., and Ann Bryant Bartholomew, attack the district court's award of postjudgment interest at a rate lower than that prescribed by Louisiana law as improper and also assert that the overall award of damages...
