By felony information dated October 21, 1985, the appellant, Kimmy R. Redding, was charged with three counts of delivery of a controlled substance. On December 20, 1985, the appellant entered a plea of guilty as to each count and was sentenced to eight years imprisonment in the Arkansas Department of Correction and fined $1,000.00.
