OPINION

DIES, Chief Justice.

A jury found Appellant guilty of aggravated robbery and, after finding enhancement allegations "True", assessed punishment at fifty years in the Texas Department of Corrections. His attorney filed a "frivolous appeal" brief in accordance with Anders v. California, 386 U.S. 738, 87 S.Ct. 1396, 18 L.Ed.2d 493 (1967), and High v. State, 573 S.W.2d 807
