Charles Sylvester Stamper (appellant) appeals from a judgment of the Circuit Court of the County of Henrico (habeas court) denying his petition for a writ of habeas corpus. On November 17, 1978, appellant was convicted by a jury of three counts of capital murder, one count of robbery, and three counts of use of a firearm during the commission of a felony.
