OPINION

FOLEY, Judge.

This appeal is from an order denying postconviction relief. Appellant Manuel (NMN) Ramon initially obtained an order vacating his conviction for possession of marijuana in violation of Minn. Stat. §§ 152.09, subd. 1(2) and 152.15, subd. 2(2) (1984). This court reversed and remanded for determination of the remaining issues raised in the postconviction petition. Ramon v. State, 399 N.W.2d 138
