This appeal concerns two civil suits brought by First National Bank in Stuttgart against Grand Prairie Leasing, Inc., and the appellant, Pulpwood Suppliers, Inc. These causes of action were based upon two notes executed by Grand Prairie to First National Bank which were secured by assignments of various lease agreements in which Grand Prairie was the lessor, and the appellant, Pulpwood Suppliers, Inc., was the lessee.
