The sole issue raised by plaintiff's Assignments of Error is whether the Full Commission erred in adopting and affirming the Deputy Commissioner's Opinion and Award denying plaintiff's claim and finding that plaintiff's husband died as a result of an injury by accident which occurred in the course of, but did not arise out of, his employment with defendant Burlington.
