This is an appeal by the State of Missouri from an order of the Jefferson County Circuit Court invalidating section 574.010. 1(1)(c), RSMo 1986, as being unconstitutionally overbroad in regulating speech. This Court has exclusive jurisdiction of the cause pursuant to Mo. Const. art. V, § 3, because it involves the validity of a statute of this state.
