As a result of forcing his way into a home and accosting its occupants, Nathaniel Andrews and his wife Alice Andrews, appellant-defendant was charged with seven crimes. Count 1 charged an attempted armed robbery alleging that, while carrying a firearm, defendant by force attempted to take property from Alice Andrews.
