For prescribing narcotic drugs, primarily Percodan, where "not necessary or required," and for "grossly over-prescribing" those drugs, and for failing to make complete notations of narcotic prescriptions on the patients' dental records, the Texas State Board of Dental Examiners suspended the license of Charles W.
