Plaintiffs, Mabel Williams and her heirs, filed suit against several defendants seeking a partition of a tract of land in Plaquemines Parish. Plaintiffs' petition alleges that Mabel Williams owns an undivided two-thirds interest in the property with defendants owning the remaining one-third.
