SIMONETT, Justice.

This case presents issues about the finality of an appellate court decision. We agree with the trial court, which certified this matter to us, that the court of appeals decision finally concluded the litigation in this case and that the trial court is without jurisdiction to entertain plaintiff-appellants' post-appeal motion for summary judgment.
