These are cross appeals in a divorce action. In his appeal, the husband primarily asserts that the trial court erred in refusing to recognize and attach a monetary value to the goodwill of his wife's chiropractic practice. The wife assigns error to the valuation of the wife's chiropractic practice and in its distribution of marital assets. The Western District, relying on its opinion in Hanson v.
