Claiming damages resulting from breaches of contract and fiduciary duty, George M. Jones, an investor, sued DRG Financial Corporation, a business specializing in securing federally insured loans. Based on jury findings of fraud, breach of fiduciary duty, and breach of contract, the trial court rendered judgment for Jones. The court of appeals, in an unpublished opinion, reversed and rendered judgment for DRG, finding no evidence of causation. We...
