This is a second appeal in a proceeding to modify the maintenance provision of a decree of dissolution of marriage. Two questions were presented on the first appeal, which came to us upon sustention of a motion for summary judgment. One of those questions was whether, on motion to modify the terms of the original decree, the trial court could consider a division of Jerry's military retirement benefits in light of the enactment of 10 U.S.C. § 1408...
