This case comes before us on appeal from the court of appeals which enforced restrictive covenants on land owned by appellant, preventing her from constructing a new home on a lot created by subdividing her original lot. The court of appeals reversed the District Court of Hennepin County, which had held the restrictive covenants void by reason of Minn.Stat. § 500.20, subd. 2 (1980) (repealed 1982).1 We reverse the...
