Sue-Anne Alexandra Waymack was convicted in a bench trial of petit larceny for embezzling funds from her employer, William G. Grogan. On appeal, she contends that the evidence was insufficient as a matter of law to sustain her conviction. We agree and reverse.

The record reveals that on May 24, 1985, in the law offices of Sanford Norman and William S. Grogan, Washington Morrow gave $285 to Sheila Starrett, a secretary who worked for Norman. The...
